Role Description
The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The CSO will be responsible for developing and overseeing the company’s strategic objectives, including long-term growth initiatives, market analysis, and alignment of business plans with organizational goals. This role involves identifying new opportunities, formulating corporate strategies, fostering key stakeholder relationships, and leading cross-functional teams. The CSO will collaborate closely with the executive team to ensure effective execution and measurement of strategic initiatives, driving innovation and scaling the company’s market presence globally.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning with the ability to design and implement effective corporate strategies
- Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities, including data interpretation and market analysis
- Expertise in Finance, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation
- Proven Executive Management experience, with a focus on leadership and collaboration across diverse teams
- Ability to foster internal and external relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- 15+ years of relevant work experience, with demonstrated success in a leadership or strategy role
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
