Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, improve profitability, and enhance operational efficiency across multiple lines of business (LOBs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for revenue expansion, optimize pricing strategies, and streamline processes.
- Analyze financial data to inform decision-making on product offerings, customer segmentation, and resource allocation.
- Provide thought leadership on category management best practices to ensure alignment with company goals.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in growth startup's & consulting industry.
- Strong background in business strategy development, P&L management, and operations improvement initiatives.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through innovative solutions implementation.
