🚨 Hiring: Deputy Chief Security Officer (Dy CSO)
📍 Location: Andhra Pradesh
💰 CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA
We are looking for a disciplined and experienced security professional with a strong defence background to lead and manage security operations at our manufacturing facility.
This role is ideal for Ex-Servicemen (Army – Captain/Major preferred) with experience handling industrial or plant security operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage overall plant security operations
• Ensure strict access control, surveillance, and patrol management
• Supervise and guide outsourced security guards and supervisors
• Handle incident response, investigations, and emergency situations
• Conduct surprise inspections and security audits across the facility
• Liaise with government agencies such as Police and Fire Department
• Protect company assets against theft, fire, and safety risks
• Prepare incident reports and security documentation for management
Candidate Profile
✔ Ex-Servicemen with Army background (Captain/Major preferred)
✔ Minimum 15 years defence experience
✔ 1–3 years industrial / manufacturing security experience preferred
✔ Strong leadership and security operations management skills
✔ Ability to handle crisis situations and security investigations
✔ Good communication and team leadership abilities
✔ Hindi or Telugu language mandatory
✔ Willing to reside within the factory complex
