Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Security Officer located at Bengaluru. The Chief Security Officer will oversee and implement strategies to ensure the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and property. Responsibilities include developing and managing security policies, coordinating with local law enforcement, conducting risk assessments, managing emergency responses, and leading the security team. The role also involves maintaining compliance with local safety regulations and fostering a culture of security awareness within the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security management, safety protocols, and emergency response planning
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and train security teams effectively
- Knowledge of local safety laws and regulations, and experience working with law enforcement agencies
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement security strategies
- Proficiency in maintaining security logs, reporting, and documentation
- Prior experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is a strong advantage
- Relevant certifications in security management or risk assessment are preferred
