About The Opportunity
PROIU Technologies, a dynamic player in the Information Technology sector, is seeking a strategic and visionary
Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead our sales division. Operating in a fast-paced, innovative environment, we focus on delivering cutting-edge IT solutions and services to a diverse global client base. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact the company's growth trajectory significantly.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across global markets
- Lead, mentor, and scale the sales team, including SDRs, BDMs, and account executives
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams in the IT services domain
- Build and optimize the end-to-end sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align sales efforts with company offerings
- Establish KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics; track and report on performance
- Drive enterprise-level deal closures and manage key client relationships
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies
- Implement CRM tools and sales automation processes for efficiency and scalability
