Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cleaner, based in Indore. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic workplace environment. Daily tasks include cleaning floors, restrooms, and common areas, disposing of trash, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards across all workspaces. The Cleaner will also report any maintenance issues to the appropriate team members.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift light to moderate weights
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, tools, and products
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and complete the assigned tasks on time
- Professional attitude and commitment to maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Previous experience in commercial or office cleaning is a plus
- Willingness to comply with safety and health guidelines while handling cleaning supplies and equipment
- Basic communication skills and the ability to work flexibly and proactively
