🚀 We’re Hiring: Chief Sales Officer (CSO)
📍 Industry: Dairy / FMCG
💰 Salary: ₹30 LPA – ₹40 LPA + Variable
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead and scale the sales operations of our Dairy Products business.
🔹 Key Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in FMCG & Dairy industry
✅ Minimum 15+ years of leadership AND HEAD POSITION experience in sales
✅ Strong background in sales growth & market expansion
✅ Ability to take independent strategic decisions
✅ Excellent leadership & team management skills
✅ Expertise in sales development, channel management & revenue growth
🔹 Role & Responsibilities:
📈 Drive overall sales strategy and performance
🤝 Build and lead high-performing sales teams
📊 Identify new markets and business opportunities
🚀 Increase market share for dairy & FMCG products
🧠 Take ownership of sales planning and execution independently

Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales Management
- Strong skills in Training and Team Management, with the ability to mentor and grow a high-performing team
- Strategic thinking and planning capabilities to drive sales growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the dairy or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field; an MBA is preferred
