Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Sales Marketing Officer. The role involves overseeing the sales and marketing strategies of the organization to drive growth and achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include leading sales operations, managing and training sales teams, developing innovative sales initiatives, and fostering collaboration between departments. Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales Management
- Proven experience in Training and Team Management to inspire and align teams
- Comprehensive understanding of marketing strategies and customer acquisition approaches
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while fostering team collaboration
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
- Experience in a startup or innovation-driven platform is advantageous
