🔎 Job Title: Google Ads Specialist (PPC – Lead Generation for Astrology Business)📌 Job Summary
We are looking for a performance-driven Google Ads Specialist to generate high-quality leads for our astrology services, including consultations, Kundli analysis, and problem-solving sessions.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation campaigns, strong knowledge of Google Ads, and a deep understanding of customer intent, psychology, and conversion-focused marketing.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation
• Conduct keyword research for astrology-related searches such as love, career, marriage, relationship & life problems
• Write compelling and emotionally engaging ad copies
• Optimize campaigns to reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) and improve lead quality
• Set up and manage conversion tracking for forms, calls & WhatsApp clicks using Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
• Monitor and improve campaign performance including CTR, CPC & Conversion Rate
• Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages
• Identify and eliminate wasted ad spend
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on data, customer intent, and lead quality
✅ Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, preferably Search campaigns
• Proven experience in lead generation campaigns
• Experience with service-based businesses will be preferred
• Strong understanding of keyword intent and user behavior
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager & conversion tracking
• Ability to focus on lead quality, not just lead volume
• Strong analytical, optimization, and decision-making skills
⭐ Nice to Have
• Experience in Astrology, Wellness, Consultation, or similar businesses
• Familiarity with WhatsApp & call-based sales funnels
• Knowledge of Landing Page Optimization & CRO
• Google Ads Certification
