Role Description
Vardiano Technologies is seeking a full-time, remote Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead and optimize company-wide revenue strategies. The CRO will oversee sales, lead generation, account management, and sales operations, driving sustainable growth and ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term vision. Key responsibilities include managing the sales team, developing and executing strategic plans, and fostering collaboration across departments to maximize revenue potential and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Lead Generation and Sales Operations
- Proven experience with Account Management and Sales strategies
- Strategic Planning skills to drive revenue growth and organizational alignment
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and influence decision-making
- Experience in a digital or technology-driven industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred
