Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead and grow our revenue-generating functions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the United States. The CRO will be responsible for driving company revenue performance, managing sales, and developing partnerships to achieve business growth. Key tasks include formulating strategies to expand market share, leading sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment between departments, managing client relationships, and optimizing the company’s revenue streams to meet long-term objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in Revenue Strategy, Business Development, or Sales Management.
- Proficiency in building and implementing Growth Strategies, Sales Processes, and Revenue Forecasting.
- Strong skills in Relationship Building, Client Management, and Negotiation.
- Experience in Marketing, Sales Analytics, and Customer Retention Strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, aligning operations for success.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex business challenges.
- Exceptional communication and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the IT industry or with ServiceNow solutions is a significant plus.
