Role Description
We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-focused Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead and scale our overall revenue function. The ideal candidate is someone who has successfully scaled a business from ₹1–2 Cr to ₹40–50 Cr+ and can build a predictable, data-driven revenue engine.
This role requires a strong blend of performance marketing expertise, sales leadership, and revenue operations experience, preferably within the fintech or stock broking ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Own and drive the end-to-end revenue strategy across marketing, sales, and customer lifecycle
- Scale revenue through performance marketing, sales, partnerships, and retention strategies
- Build and optimize customer acquisition funnels, conversion rates, and lifecycle journeys
- Lead performance marketing, CRM, and revenue operations (RevOps) functions
- Drive data-driven decision making using metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and funnel performance
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies
- Identify and unlock new revenue streams and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership on forecasting, pricing, and revenue planning
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing cross-functional teams
