Role ObjectiveOwn and drive end-to-end revenue generation across all sides of the platform by:
- Onboarding advertisers
- Activating creators, publishers, and sellers
- Building multiple revenue streams
- Leading the revenue team and execution
Immediate Priority (First 90 Days)- Generate revenue starting from Month 1
- Onboard paying advertisers (brands/agencies)
- Activate creators and publishers for monetization
- Build a repeatable sales pipeline
- Establish initial revenue systems and processes
Core Revenue Areas You Will Own1. Advertiser & Brand Revenue (Primary Driver)- Direct brand deals
- Agency partnerships
- Performance-based campaigns
2. Creator Monetization- Brand collaborations
- Sponsored content
- Performance incentives
3. Publisher / Seller Revenue- Inventory monetization
- Ad placements
- Revenue-sharing models
4. Platform Monetization- Ad formats and pricing
- Campaign optimization
- New revenue experiments
Key Responsibilities1. Revenue Strategy + Execution- Build and execute a clear, practical revenue plan
- Focus on fast results, not theory
2. Sales & Deal Closure- Personally drive high-value deal closures
- Build and manage sales pipeline
- Create repeatable sales processes
3. Advertiser Onboarding- Acquire and onboard:
- Brands
- Agencies
- Performance marketers
4. Multi-Sided Activation- Ensure:
- Creators are producing monetizable content
- Publishers/sellers are generating revenue
- Align all sides toward revenue generation
5. Team Leadership- Lead and manage:
- Sales team
- Growth team
- Revenue operations
- Drive accountability and performance culture
6. Monetization Optimization- Improve:
- CPM
- Fill rates
- Conversion rates
- Continuously test pricing and ad formats
7. Systems & Reporting- Build dashboards for:
- Revenue tracking
- Funnel performance
- Sales metrics
- Forecast revenue and identify gaps
Key Metrics (You Own These)- Monthly revenue (starting Month 1)
- Number of paying advertisers
- Deal closure rate
- Revenue per user
- Creator & publisher earnings
- Ad performance metrics
Requirements- 4–8+ years in revenue, ads, or sales roles
- Proven track record of closing deals and generating revenue
- Experience with:
- Digital advertising
- Influencer / creator ecosystem
- Brand or agency partnerships
- Strong execution mindset
- Ability to build and lead teams
Compensation- Fixed salary
