Company Description
Our client is a Master MSP and AI services company founded in 2003, with approximately 900
employees across the US, India, and the Philippines. They business model is primarily
through managed services, co-managed services, and staffing solutions to North American MSPs.
Alongside the core MSP business, they operate TeamGPS (a proprietary performance management SaaS
platform for MSPs), AI By Design (AI managed services and consulting), and Build IT Live (our annual
industry conference currently at 250 plus MSP companies).
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Chief Revenue Officer. The Chief Revenue Officer will drive revenue growth through strategic planning, sales leadership, lead generation optimization, and account management. The role requires overseeing sales operations, aligning revenue-related business functions, and fostering partnerships to ensure business objectives are achieved.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Revenue Strategy and Pipeline
* Own the full revenue number across all products
* Build a predictable pipeline generation system that reduces dependence on existing relationships
* Define and execute the new logo strategy for the North American MSP channel
* Hold the sales team accountable to pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and activity metrics
Marketing Ownership
* Own the full marketing function: demand generation, brand, content, campaigns, and performance
marketing
* Connect marketing output directly to pipeline and revenue metrics, not just impressions and clicks
* Partner with the Director of Marketing to build a demand generation engine that feeds the sales
team consistently
* Own the CAC and marketing ROI numbers at the executive level
Customer Experience and Retention
* Own net revenue retention as a primary CRO metric, not just new logo growth
* Partner with the Director of CX to ensure onboarding, check-ins, QBRs, and expansion
conversations are systematic and consistent
* Build the expansion revenue motion: identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing
160-plus client base
* Ensure customer health scoring is in place and at-risk accounts are identified and addressed
proactively
Community and Events as a Revenue Channel
* Own Build IT LIVE as a revenue and demand generation vehicle, not just an event
* Partner with the Director of Events and Community to connect the AI Accelerator and Mastermind
programs to the sales pipeline
* Treat community engagement as a measurable pipeline source, not a brand exercise
Revenue Operations
* Own the revenue tech stack: HubSpot CRM, pipeline tracking, and reporting
* Build the revenue dashboard that gives leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health, conversion
rates, and forecast accuracy
* Establish weekly revenue review cadence with the sales and CX teams
* Report to the executive team and eventually to investors on revenue performance and growth
trajectory
Qualifications
* 10 or more years in B2B revenue leadership with direct ownership of sales, marketing, or CX
functions
* Has built or rebuilt a revenue function from a relationship-dependent model to a systematic pipeline
model
* Demonstrated experience in the North American market, either selling into it or managing teams that
do
* Has managed a multi-function revenue team including at least two of: sales, marketing, CX, or
community
- * Track record of building pipeline systems, not just closing deals personally
