About the Role
Kraft-Obench is looking for an experienced production leader to head our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in furniture or modular furniture manufacturing and be capable of scaling production while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end factory operations.
- Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production.
- Improve productivity, efficiency, and production capacity.
- Ensure quality standards across all manufacturing stages.
- Manage production teams, supervisors, and shop-floor operations.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Design, Projects, and Dispatch teams.
- Control production costs, material utilization, and wastage.
- Develop SOPs and implement process improvements.
- Ensure timely order execution and on-time dispatch.
Requirements
- 8+ experience in production/manufacturing.
- Experience in heavy furniture, modular furniture, office furniture, or custom furniture manufacturing is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and factory management skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of production planning, quality control, inventory, and process optimization.
- Experience handling large manufacturing teams.
