We’re looking for a builder who codes, ships, and scales.
Symbiquest Education operates two leading schools in Hyderabad with 2500+ students across CBSE, Cambridge, and IB.

And you will build this from scratch.
🧠 What You’ll Do
You will design and launch an AI-first platform across:
🎓 Teaching & Learning
- AI-powered teacher evaluation & feedback
- Personalized learning engine for students
- AI-generated report cards & curriculum support
📈 Admissions & Growth
- Predictive lead scoring
- WhatsApp AI chatbot (multilingual)
- Admissions funnel analytics
⚙️ Operations & Data
- Unified data warehouse (ERP + Finance + Sheets)
- Real-time dashboards (Power BI)
- Fee prediction, anomaly detection
❤️ Student Wellbeing
- Early warning system combining academic + behavioural signals

👤 Who We’re Looking For
Must Have:
- 6–10 years in software/product engineering
- Hands-on with GPT / Claude / Gemini APIs
- Strong prompt engineering + full-stack skills
- Can independently build and deploy real products
- Data + SQL + BI understanding
- Speed: You ship in days, not months
Not For:
- CTOs who don’t code
- Infra / IT managers
- ML researchers (this is applied AI, not research)
- People waiting for teams before delivering
