We are seeking a highly experienced and technically-minded CPO to take full P&L responsibility (ARR - $50 Mn+) for one of our critical business units. Based in Bangalore, you will lead a full-stack organization encompassing engineering, product, and support teams. This role requires a strategic leader with strong commercial acumen to drive top-line growth and manage bottom-line expenses, ensuring the long-term success and profitability of the business unit.
Primary measurable outcomes include gross dollar retention and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the CPO will interact directly with customers and drive the product roadmap based on market feedback and strategic priorities. This role requires the ability to develop a strategic plan positioning the business for long-term success.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Product Management, with significant leadership experience
- Proven track record in global SaaS organizations (must-have)
- Experience scaling products in multi-market / international environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS, platform products, and product-led growth (PLG)
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams
- Strong strategic thinking combined with execution excellence
- Experience working with CXOs, investors, and board members
- MBA or equivalent is preferred
