Role Description
As the Chief Personnel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all facets of human resource and personnel management at Sentini Bioproducts and other Sentini group companies. Key responsibilities include managing payroll, implementing employee performance appraisal systems, ensuring effective employee relations, and overseeing organizational HR practices and policies. Liason with concerned Industries, labour, police , PCB etc.,is the forte of this function.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad that requires strategic leadership and attention to operational details, ensuring a productive and supportive working environment for the team.
Qualifications and experience.
- Expertise in Payroll Administration and Personnel Management to handle employee compensation and resource planning effectively.
- Proficiency in HR Management and building sustainable Employee Relations across all organizational levels.
- Experience with developing and executing Performance Appraisal systems to evaluate and enhance workforce capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to manage teams and foster a positive work culture.
- Femiliarity with Andhra Pradesh goverment senior officials of Industries , P. C.B.,Labour and other trelated departments is s must .
- Familiarity with labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Previous industry experience in Personnel department as HOD with a minimum period of 25 years and familiarity with manufacturing and production sectors is essential.
- Since all Sentini group’s manufacturing Units are located in Andhra Pradesh state, speaking and writting in Telugu language is an added advantage.
