Job Summary:
Usthi Hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Manager to lead Business Development and Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving hospital growth, improving operational efficiency, enhancing revenue streams, and modernizing healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for hospital growth
Build strategic partnerships with corporates, institutions, and healthcare networks
Increase patient inflow through marketing and outreach initiatives
Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with hospital goals
2. Operations Management:
Oversee daily hospital operations to ensure smooth functioning
Improve service quality and patient satisfaction
Implement efficient processes and operational best practices
Coordinate with medical and administrative teams
3. Revenue Management:
Develop strategies to optimize hospital revenue
Monitor financial performance and identify improvement areas
Ensure cost control and efficient resource utilization
Drive profitability while maintaining quality healthcare services
4. Facility Modernization:
Plan and implement modernization of hospital infrastructure
Introduce new technologies and healthcare systems
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: MBA / MHA (Master of Hospital Administration preferred)
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in hospital or diagnostic center management
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
Proven experience in business growth and operations handling
Salary:
