Butter Fruit is a nutrition-first food brand built around a simple belief: people deserve meals that are convenient, transparent, and nutritionally balanced. We are now looking for a hands-on COO to join the business as an operating partner and shareholder.
About the Opportunity
This is not a traditional salaried leadership role.
We are seeking an experienced food & beverage operator who is interested in taking an ownership position in the business through a capital investment and active operational leadership.

What You'll Lead
- Day-to-day business operations at scale
- Kitchen and production management
- Supply chain and vendor relationships
- Team hiring, training, and performance management
- Unit economics and profitability improvement
- Process development and operational scaling
- Food quality, safety, and compliance
Ideal Background
- 5+ years of experience in Food & Beverage, QSR, cloud kitchen, restaurant, FMCG food, or related sectors
- Proven operational leadership experience
- Strong understanding of complex on ground operations management
- Experience building systems and processes for growth
- Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to take ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
