Utkarsh Global Foundation is a Mumbai-based NGO working at the intersection of animal welfare and community development, running large-scale programs like ABC, rescue, and animal healthcare through hospitals and field teams.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a strong leader to drive operations, CSR fundraising, partnerships, and financial sustainability across programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operations across multi-location programs
- Drive CSR fundraising & donor partnerships
- Own P&L, budgeting, and fund utilization
- Scale programs and improve execution efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams & stakeholder coordination
- Ensure compliance, reporting, and governance
Candidate Profile
- 10–20 years in Operations / CSR / Fundraising / NGO leadership
- Strong experience in CSR partnerships & donor management
- Proven track record in scaling operations & managing teams
