Role Description
Esse India is seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer for our Canada Opportunities division. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada. The COO will oversee daily business operations, provide strategic direction, and collaborate with leadership to achieve the organization’s objectives. Core responsibilities include managing key business functions, optimizing operational workflows, overseeing financial planning and budgeting, and ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management to develop and implement strategic goals and maintain efficient workflows.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate operational processes, identify challenges, and drive data-informed solutions.
- Proficiency in Finance and Budgeting to oversee financial planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
- Proven leadership and project management abilities to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational success.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, combined with a results-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and inspire teams.
- Prior experience in the immigration consultancy or services industry is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred).
