The COO is the operational backbone of Client, responsible for the end-to-end execution of all construction and infrastructure projects. The COO ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards, while continuously improving operational efficiency, resource utilization, and client satisfaction across the project portfolio.
Project Execution & Delivery • Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and commissioning of all EPC and infrastructure projects across geographies.
• Establish and enforce project delivery frameworks — scheduling, resource planning, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Lead weekly/monthly project review mechanisms with all Site PMs, Engineers, and Cluster Heads.
• Drive on-time, within-budget delivery with zero compromise on quality and safety.
Resource & Equipment Management
• Ensure optimal deployment of manpower, machinery, and materials across all project sites.
• Oversee fleet management, equipment maintenance scheduling, and fuel efficiency programs.
• Drive productivity benchmarks per project type — earthwork, civil, MEP, road, or structural.
Quality Assurance & Safety
• Champion a culture of zero-accident, zero-defect work across all project sites and corporate functions.
• Implement ISO-certified quality management systems, EHS standards, and SOPs for all construction
activities.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, IS codes, IRC standards, and client-specific quality plans.
Client Relationship & Escalation Management
• Serve as the primary escalation point for project-related client issues, disputes, and change orders.
• Maintain strong relationships with client project teams, government authorities, and statutory inspection bodies.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of invoices, progress claims, and variation orders.
Process Excellence & Innovation
• Drive adoption of construction technology — ERP, IoT-based site monitoring, and digital dashboards etc.
• Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks through Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Develop and institutionalize SOP libraries, best practices, and lessons-learned repositories for all project types.
