We’re hiring a Chief Operating Officer (Co-Founder) to help scale the operational backbone of SkillsCapital — an AI-native Talent Intelligence and Enterprise Tech platform redefining how organizations discover, vet, deploy, and scale high-impact technology talent globally.
This is not a traditional operations role focused only on process management.
This is a builder’s role. A scale-up role. A leadership role.
You’ll work closely with the founding team to scale and evolve an AI-native Talent Intelligence platform that is already built, live, and being used by clients across the U.S., U.K., Europe, and the Middle East.
Our core ecosystem — including the AI-Powered Talent Cloud, Deep Vetting Engine, intelligent matching systems, workflow automation infrastructure, and enterprise portals — is already operational and delivering real business impact.
We are now entering the next phase of growth: scaling operations globally, strengthening delivery systems, accelerating execution, improving operational intelligence, and building the foundation required to scale from a high-growth startup into a globally recognized platform business.

What You'll Own?
- Lead the overall operational strategy and execution framework
- Build scalable operational systems, workflows, and governance structures
- Drive delivery excellence, customer success, and operational scalability
- Improve execution velocity, process intelligence, and cross-functional alignment
- Build systems that support rapid but high-quality scaling
- Work closely with sales, delivery, sourcing, product, and leadership teams
- Strengthen operational analytics, reporting, and decision-making frameworks
- Build and scale high-performing operational teams
- Help shape long-term business and scaling strategy

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
