What you’ll actually do- Build systems where today there is dependency
- Bring visibility where today there is fragmentation
- Create structure where growth is outpacing processes
- Integrate technology and AI into everyday workflows
- Take operational load off founders so we can focus on growth
Who this is forYou’ll fit if you:
- Have scaled organizations and seen chaos up close
- Enjoy solving messy, real operational problems
- Are highly execution-driven (not just strategy-heavy)
- Can align strong, independent teams without bureaucracy
- Are comfortable building from 0 → 1 → scale
What success looks like (12–18 months)- The firm runs smoother, faster, and with more clarity
- Founders are out of day-to-day operational firefighting
- Teams operate with ownership and accountability
- Systems, dashboards, and workflows actually drive decisions
This is a high-trust, high-impact role.
You’ll work closely with founders and shape how this firm scales over the next 5–10 years.
