We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the complete operations of an Authorised Heavy Commercial Vehicle (HCV) Dealership.
This leadership role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience managing Heavy Vehicle Sales, Workshops, Service Operations, Spares, and Overall Dealership Business.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Lead the complete dealership business including Heavy Vehicle Sales,Service, Workshop Operations, Spares, Finance, and HR.
- Independently manage multiple heavy vehicle workshops and ensure smooth operations.
- Drive sales growth, revenue, profitability, and overall business performance.
- Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams with a calm and result-oriented approach.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and high workshop service standards.
- Monitor KPIs, MIS, productivity, and business performance to achieve organizational goals.
- Control operational costs and improve business efficiency.
- Coordinate with OEM teams and ensure compliance with dealership standards and processes.
BasicRequirements:
✅ Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Heavy Commercial Vehicle (HCV) Automobile Industry.
✅ Experience with Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles, Ashok Leyland, BharatBenz, Eicher, Mahindra Truck & Bus, or similar Heavy Vehicle dealership networks.
✅ Must have the capability to independently manage workshop operations.
✅ Proven experience in handling complete Heavy Vehicle sales operations and achieving business targets.
✅ Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams effectively and calmly.
✅ Good understanding of dealership operations, workshop management, spares, customer satisfaction, and business profitability.
Preferred Qualification:
MBA / PGDM or Graduate in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering.
Experience in managing dealership P&L and multi-location operations will be an added advantage.
