Role Description
We are hiring a Chief Operating Officer (COO) / founders associate to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operational functions of Ribbons n Roses.

In this full-time, on-site role based in Chennai
What you’ll do:
• Work directly with the Founder
• collaborate to develop and execute business strategies, manage budgeting and financial planning, and lead company initiatives for sustainable growth.
• focus on enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining supply chain and production processes, and ensuring overall business success
• Solve real problems (no PPT-only work)
• Learn decision-making, not task-following
Experience : 2-4 years

Qualifications
- Strong experience in Business Planning and strategic decision-making
- Expertise in Operations Management and process optimization
- Proven Analytical Skills for evaluating business performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Knowledge of Finance and Budgeting to manage company resources effectively
- Leadership and team management abilities to inspire and guide diverse teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
- Relevant bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly regarded
