Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer, based in Mumbai. The COO will own everything that is not product and not vision: hiring, operations, sales, marketing, legal, IP, and cross-functional execution across all teams.
Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent with experience in a high-growth startup.
- Strong understanding of early-stage company building including hiring, finance, legal, and operational infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills, plain language, fast decisions, no unnecessary process
- Comfortable representing the company in front of investors, lawyers, and senior external stakeholders
