C.E.O/C.O.O Requirements
1. Educational Qualifications:
i.Master’s degree in business administration, MBA or equivalent management qualification or related fields.
2. Industry Experience:
i.Minimum 20 years of Experience in setting up or scaling up bioethanol Industry and proven leadership in the biofuel is highly desirable.
3. Project Setup s Execution:
i.Must lead the Entire setup of the Biofuel/Ethanol Manufacturing unit, including development C plant construction, machinery procurement, and commissioning.
ii.Responsible for ensuring timely completion, regulatory clearances, and adherence to environmental and safety standards.
4. Operations Management:
i.Post-establishment, oversee the Entire Operations of the unit, including production, maintenance, logistics, compliance, and quality control.
ii.Ensure high operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability standards.
5. Business Strategy s Leadership:
i.Develop strategies for Growth and Profitability
6. Regulatory s Government Liaison:
i.Strong knowledge of Biofuel policies, environmental regulations, and government subsidy schemes (e.g., Ethanol Blending Programme etc.,).
ii.Build relationships with Government Departments, Oil marketing companies (OMC’s), and regulatory authorities.
7. Financial Oversight:
i.Manage the entire financial performance of the company including budgeting
ii.Experience in securing government grants/subsidies

in India and explore export potential.
9. Technology s Sustainability Focus:
i.Lead adoption of advanced, eco-friendly, and automated technology in production and waste utilization.
10. Team Leadership:
i.Build a strong organizational culture, Recruit, mentor, and lead a competent cross-functional team.
11. Reporting:
i.Provide regular business performance updates to the Chairman s Directors
