The OpportunityWe are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to help build and scale R_SPACES from the ground up.
This is not a maintenance role.
This is a build-and-scale role.
We are seeking someone who:
- Is driven to build something meaningful over the long term
- Has the ambition to help create a large, institutional real estate platform
- Brings a mindset of ownership, accountability, and persistence

Role OverviewAs COO – R_SPACES, you will:
- Drive end-to-end execution of real estate projects
- Lead planning, approvals, construction, and delivery
- Manage timelines, costs, contractors, and stakeholders
- Work closely with leadership on strategy and capital deployment
- Build and lead high-performance teams
- Ensure strong follow-through across all workstreams

What We Are Looking For- Strong technical understanding of real estate / construction
- Strong commercial instinct (sales, pricing, market understanding)
- High levels of ownership and execution discipline
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments
- A track record of driving projects from concept to completion
