Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Chief Operating Officer to lead and oversee our operations at our on-site location in Kozhikode. The COO will be responsible for developing and executing operational strategies, ensuring seamless process management, and driving organizational performance. Key responsibilities include managing business planning initiatives, optimizing operational workflows, overseeing financial activities such as budgeting, and providing strategic guidance to meet the company's objectives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA is highly desirable
