We’re now looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team and help scale Moksha 360.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and scale operations across live events, artist management, venue, and tech platforms
- Drive execution, efficiency, and profitability across all business verticals
- Build systems, processes, and teams for rapid growth
- Partner closely with founders to translate vision into action.
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in operations/business leadership
- Strong exposure to music, media, entertainment and live events and tech platforms, with a proven ability to scale businesses and manage multi-functional teams.
Strategic thinker with strong execution focus
Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
