Role Description
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee and streamline business operations, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals. Responsibilities include developing and executing business plans, optimizing operational processes, leading teams for efficiency and performance, and managing financial planning and budgeting. The COO will collaborate closely with other senior leaders to drive organizational success. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, Kerala.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Operations Management to design and oversee strategies and processes for operational success.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics, evaluate projects, and drive data-based decision-making processes.
- Expertise in Finance and Budgeting to manage financial systems, allocate resources effectively, and ensure financial sustainability.
- Leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams toward organizational objectives.
- Experience in cooperative models, agriculture, or healthcare sectors is a plus.
- An advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
