We're looking for a seasoned Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and strengthen our Operations, Risk Management, and Surveillance functions within a leading stockbroking organization.
Location: Mumbai
What we're looking for:
✔ 15+ years of experience in the Indian stockbroking industry
✔ Strong expertise in broking operations, trade lifecycle management, risk management, and surveillance
✔ Deep understanding of SEBI, Exchange, and Depository regulations
✔ Proven leadership experience managing large-scale operations and cross-functional teams
✔ Strong stakeholder management and strategic execution capabilities
