Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a full-time, on-site position based in Madhuravoyal. The COO will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations, developing and implementing business strategies, creating and managing budgets, and improving operational efficiency across various business functions. This leader will work closely with the executive team to ensure business goals are met, providing strategic guidance and fostering innovation to drive company growth.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Business Planning and strategic decision-making
- Strong Operations Management skills with experience in streamlining processes
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate data, performance metrics, and insights
- Knowledgeable in Finance and Budgeting to effectively manage company resources
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven success in managing cross-functional teams and projects
- Experience in the technology or events industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
