Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Chief Operating Officer (COO) for our on-site location in Abroad. The COO will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving business planning processes, managing budgets, and ensuring financial efficiency. Additional responsibilities include streamlining internal operations, leading cross-functional teams, implementing strategic initiatives, and facilitating efficient resource allocation for organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic decision-making
- Strong expertise in Operations Management and optimizing workflows
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
- Solid understanding of Finance and Budgeting to oversee financial performance
- Proven leadership capabilities and experience in managing large teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site and align with organizational objectives
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
- Experience in immigration or consulting industries is an advantage
