The COO will lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the managed services organization and serve as the operational execution arm of the President’s Office.
Work Mode: Onsite (Gurugram Sector 33)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive operational governance, SLAs, KPIs, and execution discipline.
- Manage cross-functional service delivery and operational performance.
- Oversee ITSM operations, escalations, and service quality.
- Lead budgeting, operational efficiency, utilization, and financial oversight.
- Establish reporting, review cadences, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
- Build a high-accountability, process-driven operational culture.
Mandatory Experience
Candidate must have prior leadership experience in:
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Operations
- Performance Management governance
- Multi-functional managed/shared services organizations
Good to have experience in
- P&L Management
- Marketing
- Legal Process management
Ideal Profile
- 12–18+ years of operational leadership experience
- Strong operational governance and execution capabilities
- Experience managing large cross-functional teams
- Strong financial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly structured, process-oriented, and execution-focused
Reporting
Reports to the President and manages functional heads across all service lines.
