Role OverviewWe are looking for a seasoned leader to drive end-to-end business operations with full ownership of sales performance, P&L, customer experience, and strategic growth across dealership locations.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Strategy & P&L
- Drive revenue, profitability, and market share
- Own complete P&L and business planning
- Identify growth opportunities and expansion strategies
2. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead 300–350+ employees across functions
- Build a high-performance, customer-centric culture
- Develop senior leaders and drive talent strategy
3. Sales & Operations Excellence
- Oversee sales (new & pre-owned), finance, insurance & service
- Improve productivity, conversions, and operational efficiency
- Monitor KPIs through MIS and dashboards
4. Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage escalations and brand reputation
- Liaise with OEMs and key stakeholders
Candidate ProfileExperience:
- 15–20 years in automotive dealership industry
- 10+ years in leadership roles (CEO/COO/Business Head/GM)
- Managed 300–400+ workforce in high-volume operations
Education:
