We are seeking a highly experienced and disciplined Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and manage the overall operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in handling company operations, driving organizational efficiency, managing teams, and implementing strategic operational plans. Preference will be given exclusively to Ex-Service candidates with strong leadership, administration, and operational management backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage day-to-day business operations across departments
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals
- Monitor organizational performance and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments and regional teams
- Establish policies, systems, and process improvements for business growth
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational planning
- Drive discipline, compliance, and performance management across the organization
- Support senior management in strategic decision-making and business expansion
- Handle crisis management and ensure operational continuity

- Ability to handle multi-location operations effectively

- Exposure to large-scale operational coordination
Experience:- 10+ years of relevant operational leadership experience
