We Are Hiring | Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Locations: Patna ( BIHAR ) / Bhopal ( MP )

We are looking for a seasoned and execution-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operational excellence, growth, and business control across Govt .diagnostic projects.

The ideal candidate should bring strong experience in Diagnostic Laboratory Operations, especially in:

Biochemistry

Hematology

Pathology

Lab Operations / Diagnostic Services

Candidates with Diagnostic / Lab Pathology experience will be strongly preferred.

Professionals who have handled Government Healthcare / Diagnostic Project Implementation will have a distinct advantage.

Key expectations from the role:

• Lead day-to-day operations with high execution discipline
• Drive productivity, efficiency, quality, and profitability
• Build annual operational strategy and forecasting plans
• Identify growth opportunities and operational improvements
• Advise leadership with strong operational insights
• Strengthen accountability and team effectiveness across functions

Ideal profile:

• 10 to 15 years of executive / senior leadership experience
• Strong background in strategic planning and business development
• Proven exposure to diagnostics / pathology / healthcare operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation capability
