About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and execution-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our day-to-day operations and drive business execution as we scale. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Founder & CEO to streamline operations, build scalable processes, and ensure cross-functional alignment across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business operations and execution.
- Drive dealer onboarding, activation, and operational excellence.
- Manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, and key business partners.
- Build and implement scalable SOPs, processes, and operational frameworks.
- Coordinate with Product, Technology, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure timely execution.
- Track business performance through dashboards, KPIs, and regular operational reviews.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks while improving efficiency.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team.
Requirements
- 8–14 years of experience in FinTech, NBFC, Auto Finance, Lending, or B2B businesses.
- Proven experience managing large-scale operations and cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
- Experience building processes and scaling operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of dealership operations, lending ecosystems, or financial services is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with high ownership and accountability.
- Willingness to be based in or travel frequently to Raipur.
