Role Description
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee daily operations and play a strategic role in the growth and efficiency of Car Cred. Responsibilities include managing business processes, overseeing operational goals, and implementing strategies to optimize performance and scalability. Additional responsibilities involve financial planning, budgeting, and ensuring operational alignment with the company’s sustainability mission. The COO will collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive innovation and lead a high-performance team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate performance metrics and drive data-based decisions
- Experience in Finance and Budgeting, including financial forecasting and cost management
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication abilities
- Capacity to motivate teams and foster collaboration across departments
- Prior experience in the sustainability or environmental sector is a plus
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
