🚀 Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Founding Leadership Role
🌟 About CabRestro: Ai-powered Route-based Restaurant Discovery Marketplace for Cab Drivers
CabRestro is building a highway travel-tech platform connecting intercity cab drivers with highway restaurants through a smart bidding and booking ecosystem.
Drivers earn incentives for completed bookings while restaurants get targeted customer traffic from highway travelers. We are now expanding operations across India and looking for a strong operational leader to join our founding team.

💰 Compensation Structure
This is currently a pure equity-based founding role.
The selected candidate will receive meaningful equity ownership in CabRestro and will become part of the core leadership team.
We already have investor interest and funding commitments under discussion. Once investment is secured, the role will transition into a salaried executive leadership position along with continued equity participation.
🎯 Role Overview
The COO will work directly with the founders to build, streamline, and scale CabRestro’s nationwide operations including:
- Driver onboarding
- Restaurant onboarding
- Booking operations
- Expansion strategy
- Marketplace management
- Operational automation
- Team building
Candidates with experience in companies like Zomato, Swiggy, Uber, Ola, Rapido or similar marketplace startups will be highly preferred.

⚙️ Operational Leadership
- Build scalable operational workflows and SOPs
- Manage nationwide driver and restaurant operations
- Improve execution efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks
- Ensure smooth booking lifecycle management
📈 Expansion & Growth
- Lead city-wise and highway expansion plans
- Scale restaurant and driver onboarding systems
- Develop operational KPIs and performance metrics
- Identify high-growth travel corridors and expansion opportunities
🚖 Marketplace Operations
- Balance supply-demand between drivers and restaurants
- Improve booking completion rates
- Optimize incentive and bidding systems
- Monitor operational performance and automation workflows
👥 Team Building
- Hire and manage operations teams, onboarding executives, and field staff
- Build strong reporting and accountability systems
- Create an execution-focused startup culture
🤝 Strategic Partnerships
- Develop partnerships with:
- Highway restaurants
- Fleet operators
- Cab operators
- Travel agencies
- Fuel stations
- Tourism businesses

- Coordinate closely with the product and tech teams
- Suggest operational improvements and automation opportunities

- Prepare operational growth plans and expansion strategies
- Help present business scalability and execution capabilities
