Chief Operating Officer (COO) – BSG Hospitality
Location: Panaji, Goa (Hybrid / Work from Home)
Compensation: Salary + Revenue Share + Equity/ESOP (4-year vesting)

BSG Hospitality is a fast-growing hospitality consulting and third-party management firm specializing in upscale and luxury assets. We are targeting Tier 2 and Tier 3 Indian markets, bringing international luxury standards to emerging destinations.
This role is specifically designed for senior executives in the hotel industry who are ready to take the entrepreneurial plunge. If you have spent your career navigating corporate structures and are now seeking the freedom, risk, and massive upside of building a brand from the ground up, this is your platform. You will work directly with the Founders and CEO to scale the company into a national powerhouse.

Core Responsibilities
As the COO, you will oversee the entire operational lifecycle of our portfolio:
- Hotel Onboarding & Pre-opening: Leading transitions and managing the critical path for upcoming launches.
- Operations Management: Ensuring luxury standards across properties with a minimum of 100 rooms.
- Business Expansion: Identifying and securing new management contracts.
- Sales & Revenue: Driving top-line growth and strategic brand positioning.
- Human Resources & Finance: Managing P&L, budgeting, and building a high-performance team.
- High-Level Networking: Interfacing with HNWIs, bankers, hotel owners, and top-tier travel agencies.
The Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in the hotel industry with a multidisciplinary operations background. Experience in a corporate office role with an Indian or International hotel brand is a significant advantage.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Tech-Savvy: Highly comfortable with AI tools, digital calendars, MS Office, and video conferencing (Google Meet/Zoom with video on).
- Presence: Must be ready to represent the brand in formal attire and maintain high professional standards.
- The "Avid Reader": Constantly updated on the latest industry trends and global business strategies.
- Resilience: Ready to travel to remote locations for site visits and work/travel on weekends when necessary.
Travel & Logistics
- Mobility: Willing to travel up to 15 days a month, with high flexibility expected during hotel openings.
- Mindset: Join with a minimum commitment mindset of 10 to 15 years.
- Base: While the office is in Panaji, Goa, we offer a hybrid/WFH model.
Current Portfolio & Pipeline
- Salasar, Rajasthan: 150-room luxury resort (Veg/Non-alcoholic), 13 acres, massive banqueting and open lawns. Opening Nov 2026.
- Korba, Chhattisgarh: 170+ room palatial hotel, 18 acres, gaming arcade, and club house. Opening June 2028.
- Pipeline: Active projects in Goa, Kolkata, Jaisalmer, Raipur, Banaras, and Hyderabad (Totaling 1,000 rooms).
