Hiring: Group COO – Operations, Execution & Process Excellence
Location: Noida

Experience: 8+ years
We are looking for a Group COO who can bring strong execution discipline, operational clarity, and process rigor across a fast-scaling multi-brand ecosystem.
This is not an admin role.
This is not a coordination-only role.
We want someone who can ensure that plans move to execution, teams stay aligned, bottlenecks are removed fast, and business priorities are delivered on time with high accountability.
Our ecosystem spans app, website, commerce, education, content, and digital services. We need a leader who can bring structure across functions and reduce founder dependency in day-to-day execution.
What you will do
- Drive execution across key business priorities and cross-functional projects
- Build and enforce strong operating rhythms, review systems, and follow-up discipline
- Set up SOPs, process controls, and handoff clarity across departments
- Improve launch readiness and ensure teams are aligned before key launches and campaigns
- Track bottlenecks across teams and push timely resolution
- Work closely with business, marketing, product, tech, finance, HR, and operations teams to ensure priorities move without delay
- Build strong dashboards, trackers, and review formats for leadership visibility
- Improve customer support, backend workflows, internal coordination, and service delivery standards
- Reduce execution leakage, missed deadlines, and dependency on founder-led follow-up
- Bring clarity, accountability, and speed across a complex organization
What we are looking for
- 8 to 15+ years of relevant experience in operations, business operations, PMO, execution management, or cross-functional leadership roles
- Strong experience in fast-growing consumer, digital, e-commerce, edtech, tech-enabled, or multi-business environments
- Proven ability to manage complexity across multiple teams and priorities
- Strong process-building, problem-solving, and escalation-handling skills
- Ability to drive execution without creating unnecessary bureaucracy
- Strong ownership, discipline, and follow-through
- Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Experience in multi-brand or multi-business ecosystems
- Experience setting up operating cadences, dashboards, PMO systems, and execution reviews
- Candidates with strong startup or scale-up exposure preferred
- Ability to balance speed with structure
