Role Description
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee the day-to-day operations of Amber Group while collaborating with executives to create and implement strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include optimizing business processes, driving operational efficiency, overseeing financial planning, and ensuring organizational alignment with company objectives. This full-time role is based on-site in Chennai, requiring strong leadership and a hands-on approach to managing cross-functional teams and achieving business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management
- Proven Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data for decision-making
- Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and Budgeting principles
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse, cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and strategic thinking abilities
- Solid background in managing compliance and regulatory frameworks in the financial sector
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the digital asset, fintech, or investment industry is an advantage
