Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will oversee day-to-day operations, define operational strategies, and drive overall operational efficiency. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and managing operational activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation, and aligning departmental functions with the company's business goals. Additionally, the COO will collaborate closely with executive leadership to achieve financial and organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Operations Management, including streamlining processes for improved efficiency
- Strong Analytical Skills essential for interpreting data and guiding operational strategies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with remote teams and stakeholders
- Previous experience in security and facility management services is preferred
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous
