Role Description
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day operational functions and executing business strategies to promote company growth, sustainability, and operational excellence. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The COO will collaborate closely with the executive team to ensure effective operational execution, manage budgets and resources, optimize processes, and drive organizational performance in alignment with company goals. You will also lead various teams, ensuring high standards of performance and outcomes across all business operations.
Qualifications
- Business and Strategic Planning: Proven expertise in creating and implementing business strategies and operational plans.
- Operations Management: Experience in managing multi-functional operations, streamlining processes, and enhancing productivity.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, evaluate key metrics, and develop effective solutions to complex challenges.
- Finance and Budgeting: Proficiency in managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Additional Qualifications: Leadership capabilities with excellent communication and decision-making skills; experience in the sports, entertainment, or events industry is a plus; advanced education such as an MBA is an advantage.
