We’re looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Chief of Staff to partner closely with senior engineering leadership in driving strategic initiatives, operational governance, and cross-functional execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive strategic programs and execution tracking across teams
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Data, Platform & business stakeholders
• Prepare leadership updates, governance reports, and executive presentations
• Manage operating cadences, action tracking, and program visibility
• Identify risks, blockers, and ensure timely follow-through
What We’re Looking For:
• 5–10 years in Chief of Staff, PMO, Program Management, or Business Operations roles
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with technology, engineering, or product teams
• Strong execution, coordination, and organizational capabilities
Preferred:
• Exposure to fintech, SaaS, platform engineering, or fast-paced tech environments
