Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the CTO’s right hand — anticipate priorities, manage calendar, own communication flow, and ensure alignment between engineering, product, and exec leadership.
- Lead quarterly OKR planning, track progress, and surface roadblocks with data-backed insights and mitigation plans.
- Own cross-functional project governance — from AI/ML infrastructure rollouts to engineering org design — ensuring deadlines, resources, and deliverables are met.
- Facilitate executive reviews, prepare decks, executive memos, and briefing packs that translate technical depth into strategic clarity for C-suite and Board.
- Design and optimize internal processes — from engineering sprint cadence to tech budgeting — to maximize team velocity and reduce operational friction.
- Represent the CTO in key meetings, synthesize insights, and drive post-meeting action items with ownership and precision.
